Main Terms:● i take commission slot reserving if there are available slots● to reserve a slot for commission, you have to contact me via e-mail or dm at telegram channel. please, check the opportunity to message you back. Leaving a commentary under announcing slots post in social media is allowed too● i can refuse you in commission reserve, if you ask to draw what i won't (see "the list of approved and forbidden themes")● i work only with customers who reserved the available slot. even if you've sent payment, without reserving the slot, you'll get a refund● i work with reference pics and character sheets/arts (to visualize your idea or design only)● deadlines will depend on complexity of the artwork, queue and my health. They may range from a few days to a few months. I'll inform you about the approximate deadline before asking you to prepay● Disrespectful behavior and spam are not allowed and in this case your commission will be canceled without a refund, even if i didn't start drawing your artprocess Terms:depending on the format and type of your commissioned art, the stages can be different● The first stage is a rought sketch. it will have an approximate pose, the shapes of the main character/s, an imitation of the background. after your confirmation, i'll start working on the next stage, but if you want me to change anything, you will have to tell me about it● the second stage is lineart. it's the final view with all details and background, but without colors. after your confirmation, i'll start working on the next stage, but if you want me to correct something, you have to tell me about it. on this stage i will change only the lineart itself● the third stage is render. i use flat colors to fill up the lineart and start adding shadows and bring the art to a final view. after your confirmation, the artwork counts as finished, but if you want me to correct something, you have tell me about it. on this stage i change additions made in this stage only● the third stage is final for the full cycle artworks including sketch, lineart, basic/standart/detailed render. If you are ordering sketch or lineart only, then final stage may vary● After your confirmation of the final stage, i send you a final work with a watermark. After full payment i will send you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting, confirming that I'd finished the artwork. i'm not accepting any correction (free or even paid). I'm closing the order and won't return to work with it. No physical product will be deliveredPayment Terms:● Using payment services and currencies I accept only● 50% prepayment for starting to draw a commission, another 50% after I finished it and sent you a watermarked ver. (after full payment i will send you full version)● i will wait for prepayment for 24 hours. if you won't pay after 24 hours from the start of the reservation, i'll cancel it● if you've prepaid the commission, but you can't/don't want to pay other 50%, the final work counts as my own. i can use your idea (but not a character you own) and redraw it, sell psd and monetize how i want● I can refund money only before I start to draw a sketch of your commission. If I've started, you can't get money back● Up to five (5) simple corrections for free and others for extra payment, depending on difficulty of edits the price may vary● You can get a "secret commission" option - any process or final work won't be public but this comes with a 50% additional fee● You can buy a PSD file of your art for 50% fee, but any edits are not allowed for public. PSD files of commissioned works can be bought only by original customers. i won't sell or give the psd of your commissioned art to someone else● you can buy the rights for commercial use of the commissioned art. the price is discussed and will vary for
each individual artUsage Terms:● i have a right to post the commissioned artwork and any processes on my social media (except for "secret commissions")● The characters drawn in the artwork belongs to their rightful owners● You must credit me when sharing or using my artwork● You are allowed to use your art for non-commercial use only, if you didn't bought the rights for the commercial use● if any of usage terms is violated and you refuse to correct according to it, i'll ban you and your commissioned artwork counts as my own. i can use your idea (but not a character you own) and redraw it, sell psd and monetize how i see fit● Using my art for AI training/generating is not allowed
